This data helps us improve your experience and provide personalised recommendations. We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve ScanFit's features, including AI-powered outfit suggestions, personalised style recommendations, and wardrobe analytics. Your style preferences and scan history are used to tailor outfit recommendations to your taste. We may also use aggregated, anonymised data for research and product development purposes.
If you subscribe to ScanBetter (our premium tier at £10/month), we process payment information through secure third-party payment processors (credit card, debit card, or Apple Pay). We do not store your full payment details on our servers. Your subscription status is linked to your account to unlock premium features including unlimited scans, AI shopping assistant, wardrobe analytics, and outfit boards.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share anonymised, aggregated data with fashion brands and retail partners to improve product recommendations. When you click external shopping links within the app, you will be redirected to third-party retailer websites, which are governed by their own privacy policies. We use analytics services to understand app usage patterns, but this data is anonymised and cannot be used to identify individual users.
